How can I change an e-ticket?

The time of sailing and vehicle registration number on an electronic ticket may be changed on the www.tuulelaevad.ee purchase portal, by entering the preferred customer section, or via the link for changing tickets sent with the email or, if the ferry has not sailed yet, at a ticket office at the port on the day of the sailing. Changing an electronic ticket is subject to a fee.

For changes to the vehicle registration number, the type of vehicle shall be the same as on the original ticket purchased, or else the ticket shall be void.

If a time of sailing on an electronic ticket is changed from when the regular fare applies to when the fare multiplied by the factor of 1.5 applies, the difference shall be payable, too.

A higher fare shall apply to transport by ferry of vehicles (listed fare for the vehicle times 1.5) on sailings for Virtsu and Rohuküla from 13.00 on Fridays and on sailings for Kuivastu and Heltermaa from 13.00 on Sundays.

Adding passengers to an electronic ticket is free of charge.

A ticket that has not been used or changed in a timely manner shall be valid in the general queue for up to 48 hours from the time of sailing indicated on the ticket.

The service fee for changing the ticket at the ticket sales office at the port is 2.00 €.
